An Overview of Eligibility for DDD Services and Supports

This event will cover the following topics: 

• Explain the DDD eligibility determination process
• Understand the statutes, code and policies that govern DDD eligibility decisions under the Cognitive Disability and Autism categories and how this relates to psychoeducational evaluation reports
• Identify services and supports that may be provided to individuals who are found eligible for DDD services
• Explain the role of the DDD Support Coordinator
• Demonstrate an awareness of role of ALTCS and the relationship between ALTCS and DDD services

There will be two registration options. 

• Registration with CPD will be $10.00 (non-refundable)
• Registration without CPD will be no charge
