The 53rd Annual AASP Conference has gone hybrid! We are offering options to attend the November 4-5, 2021 conference in-person at the Desert Willow Conference Center in Phoenix OR to attend select sessions virtually! Please see the Conference Page for details on session choices prior to registering. An explanation of conference rates is also on the conference page. EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION ENDS ON 10/30/21!

A total of 13.25 continuing education hours may be earned by attending the entire two-day conference. Most sessions will be awarded NASP-approved CPD credits as noted in the conference schedule (NASP Approved Provider #1013). Learning objectives for the CPD-approved sessions can be found on the AASP Conference page.

As we plan for the AASP 2021 Annual Conference, the health, safety and well-being of our attendees remains our top priority. AASP has adopted preventative measures that will ensure optimal health and sanitary conditions in all environments where in-person interaction takes place, in accordance with current guidance provided by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control. We are requiring all attendees, speakers, and staff to wear face masks (cloth, disposable) throughout the conference.

Registration Policies

**Please note that you must be a current member of AASP at the time you register for the conference to obtain the member rate. It is recommended that you renew membership a week to ten days prior to registering for the conference.

Registration is now open and must be completed online. Please check your email and/or the AASP website for updates and the conference registration link. At registration, select your morning and afternoon sessions for the day(s) you will be attending. This assists the conference planning committee with room assignments and set up to comply with CDC guidelines. Whether you pay by credit card or school district purchase order (PO), you must register online. Be aware of the Early Bird Registration and Regular Registration timelines. With the pandemic, it is important to register early as we monitor CDC guidelines to adhere to conference facility capacity requirements. On-site registration may not be possible this year. Please check with the AASP website the day before the conference for on-site availability. Registration confirmation is provided by e-mail.

AASP leadership is offering hybrid sessions for individuals who prefer to participate virtually and watch sessions through live streaming. Conference registration fees are the same for in-person and virtual attendance. While attendees may change how they attend up to the day before the start of the conference (contact AASP to make a change), AASP is adhering to a no refund policy.

Directions for Purchase Order Processing

Complete the conference registration form online. Select your morning and afternoon sessions.
Print the completed registration form and give it to the appropriate contact who processes POs at your school district.
The Purchase Order with the registration form(s) attached must either be emailed to admin@aasp-az.org or faxed to 480-893-7775. The PO must provide an email address so the AASP office can e-mail the invoice.
An invoice will be e-mailed for payment.

Please contact the AASP office or the Desert Willow Conference Center for any needed accommodations including wheelchair accessibility or accommodations for the hearing impaired.
